Stress is reaction of the body to internal pressure. You would be less than honest if you said that you do not have stress or you never had stress before. There is a good stress and a bad stress, hence it is impossible for anyone not to ever have had stress in their life. A person gets motivated when filled with good stress or becomes irritable and unproductive when filled with bad stress. It would be beneficial if you could recognize early the signs of stress
Easy to anger
Men and women may react differently to stress but anger is an emotion, equally felt by both. If you are normally slow to anger but get furious about trivial things, you can bet you are stressed. If you have mercurial mood swings and is irritable towards anyone you come across, you are in danger of stressing them too unless you get help fast. Anger is destructive and irrational, and the emotion by itself can cause more stress, which can be potentially harmful to anyone who comes within your radius. Take steps to recognize the cause of your anger and deal with it.
Aches and Pains
One of the most common symptoms of stress is a headache as in migraine. Additionally, stomach pain, back pain, leg cramps, irregular periods, low sex drive, insomnia or lack of sleep are a few physical symptoms of stress, generally experienced by women. Pain in chest, tight jaws, indigestion, enhanced sex drive, breathlessness and high blood pressure are some signs of stress in men. Seeing your doctor for a correct diagnosis should be the order of the day.
Teeth grinding
If you wake up with a sore jaw in the morning, you are probably grinding your teeth, which usually happens when you sleep fitfully or having unpleasant dreams due to stress. Having a cup of hot milk, listening to soothing music, avoiding alcohol, coffee or horror movies, nearing bedtime, could greatly help you sleep peacefully for 7 to 8 hours.
Lack of focus on your work
Your mind is constantly filled with thoughts that are the cause of your stress and you are unable to give your best at your job and be more productive. You find yourself filled with negative thoughts about yourself and everyone else connected to you and is helpless from being pulled into this vortex of your own making. You need to consciously get your act together and pull yourself out. Talking to a therapist of your problems might help matters.
Skin allergies
Stress manifest in so many different ways in different people. Some people find themselves afflicted with itchy skin, acne and weird allergies. Hormones and nerve fibers get more agitated than usual due to anxiety or tension, causing imbalances. The itchy skin is due to the aggravation of certain inherent skin conditions like eczema, fungi, yeast and dermatitis. Stress as a psychological factor is cited as one of the causes for these allergies. A visit to the psychologist will relieve matters a lot.

When we focus on what we have already accomplished throughout our lives, it often becomes easier to continue making progress. Our past experiences become a motivational tool. And once we get a taste of success, we develop an appetite for more.
If there is one thing I've learned since studying and practicing personal development, it's that no matter where you are on this path, it is filled with many success and failures. Growth is rarely a linear process. Instead, it's dynamic. Sometimes you're going to see your efforts crumble right in front of your eyes, and other times you'll see your efforts come to full fruition. Often the better you manage your failures and hold onto your successes, the more motivated you will be to continue further with your endeavors.
For example, one aspect of my life I've been trying to improve on is exercising more often. I haven't become a health nut yet, but I'm starting to see improvement - and it's motivating me to keep going. In fact, there's been a couple times over the past month where people have commented on my "more fit" physique. I know I still have a lot more room for improvement, but it's inspiring to get that kind of external validation because now I know that I'm doing something right.
Another thing I've been trying to work on more is making a viable income from The Emotion Machine. I really enjoy writing about these kinds of topics and it's been my goal over the past two years to try and turn this into a way of making a living. For two years I wrote new content several times a week and experienced very minimal success when it came to making money; I experimented with advertising, affiliate marketing, and even trying to offer my own services, but nothing "clicked" right away. Instead there's been a lot of trial-and-error involved, and the good news is that I'm finally beginning to see some success - and that too is motivating. I'm not making a living yet (I'm only 22 and still living with my parents), but now I at least have some money to splurge on some new clothes and music equipment. I haven't had spending money in awhile, so it's nice to finally look into my bank account and see something there.
Both of these "success stories" aren't anything spectacular, but I recognize them as part of something that will continue to grow - and there is a power to that perspective.
Before I had any success with health or business, my attitude was much different. I was coming from a place of desperation. Sure, I liked exercising and working on this blog, but a part of me was dependent on seeing immediate results. I fell for the myth of overnight success, and when I wasn't getting results right away I quickly got frustrated and started doubting myself. Luckily I remained faithful and persistent during these dark times and now I'm beginning to see it finally pay off.
And now that I'm seeing results in these domains of my life, I feel a weight beginning to lift from my shoulders. My desperation has turned into inspiration. Now I know that I can overcome obstacles. Now I know I can experience success if I really work at something. And now I also have some positive history to draw confidence from and continue to build off of.
"The reason people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go instead of how far they have gotten."

I believe this quote really hits the crux of the message I want to send out right now. Once you begin making progress in your life you should cherish it, no matter how small or minor you think that progress is. Because reaching big goals is really nothing more than reaching a bunch of small goals over and over again. And when we recognize the value of reaching these small goals, we can motivate ourselves to accomplish some tremendous things in the long haul.

Even the most motivated people find it difficult to stay motivated. We can sometimes get so low that even the thought of trying to be positive makes us even more unmotivated, we can get into a spiral of negativity. When you feel like this, there are small changes you can make to get you back on that road of success. I know that it is easier said than done. At times like this you just do not feel like being positive and motivated! It is absolutely normal, it is only human to have highs and lows. We have all been there and experienced unmotivated moments, particularly when you have been ill or have had an interruption from the routine of life, it is difficult to pep yourself back up again.
Fortunately there are ways to help you get out of the unmotivated mode. These tips have always helped me to return on positive course in life
1. Focus on one thing at a time Doing too much can eat up your energy and consequently your motivation. It is difficult to concentrate only on one thing at a time, we often take on too much or there are constant distractions. Remember energy and focus are the two essential ingredients for achieving a goal - these disappear when you life is full of different aims. Focus on achieving one goal at a time. Step by step and goal by goal - try to avoid doing lots of things at once
2. Create excitement about your goals Think about what you would feel like when you have accomplished a goal ( a reasonably big goal ) this will create more momentum into your actions and of course increase your motivation. Reading books, talking about your goals and successes to other people can really ignite excitement. Visualizing your achievement also helps to increase feelings of motivation and excitement.
3. Write down your goal. Don`t only write it down, put the written goal in a place that you will see many times a day - it is a bit like an affirmation. A good place would be up on your wall in the office or on the refrigerator. You should try to create constant reminders about your goal, in order to stay focused and to sustain that excitement. Of course pictures also help, as the brain normally absorbs pictures better than words.
4. Make a public statement. We tend to want avoid looking bad in front of other people We are more likely to keep to what we say when we have told several people. A good place to announce your goals is on Facebook - Your friends and family are sure to ask you about it and take interest in your progress. It is difficult to back down when everyone is talking about it. This way you can keep everyone up to date with a updates about how you are doing.
5. Do Something Everyday Even if you don`t feel motivated, sometimes doing something actually puts you in the mood. I am sure you have had times when you have not been hungry, but started to eat anyway only to find you got the appetite through eating. It is often the way with work, get into the routine of doing something for your goal everyday and you will get the motivation by seeing the goal gradually develop.
6. Get support. Find others who have the same goal as you, join an online forum. Find someone who will help you either online or among your friends and family.
7. Accept the ups and the downs. Motivation is the same as every other feeling, it comes and it goes. You can do a lot to keep the motivation up, and accepting the times when you are unmotivated will prevent the pressure and the unrealistic expectations. Accepting that you will have times when you feel unmotivated, will help to keep up the motivation. Just do some of the techniques mentioned and the motivation will come back.
8. Persistence is the key Keep on working on your goal and stay with it. I am not saying that you should stay with the goal if you find that it is better to take a different road but don´t give up. Be flexible but continue, challenges are there to test you. Even if you are feeling unmotivated, focus on the next step and don´t give up.
Success is a journey and you are likely to come up against failures and downs but successful people learn from these and move on. Keep these techniques in mind and stay motivated, you will achieve your goal in the end.
Stay motivated by focusing on success in your life.
Positive affirmations can keep you focused and excited.
Positive affirmations can keep you focused and excited.

Once you learn to live in the moment you will be one step closer to finding happiness and meaning with your life. You will unlock more doors to opportunity than you can count. People will want to be around you and you will have much more fun.
One of the biggest problems most people have with enjoying their spare time is they forget how to live in the moment. When you go day to day worrying about the future and holding on to things that have happened in the past you lose touch with the amazing day in front of you. If anyone wants to learn how to enjoy life more I would recommend learning to live in the now. Enjoy everything around you and let the worries leave.
If you focus too much on the past then things that have happened before may cause you stress and discomfort. You may remember events or actions that put you in situations you didn't like or want. By doing this you start to relate current events with things that have already happened and forget to enjoy the day you are given. Every day is a new one and each day has the right to be different from all the previous ones. It is true that there are similarities to things that happen now vs. things that have happened in the past but learn to value those with important decision making and not use them to guide your path each day.
Worrying about events that are in the future doesn't help you enjoy life either. If you spend all of your time worrying about future events the anxiety won't allow you to enjoy your time. Anxiety is one of the most common and most destruction factors in people living unhappy lives.
Start now. Stop worrying. Stop Remembering. Take a walk and enjoy every little detail of your trip. Remember whats going on right now is the most important thing in your life. Learn to appreciate even the smallest detail and you will find love for you life. Once you shift your focus to the now and learn to love it your life will improve ten fold almost immediately.
Key Points to Enjoy the Now
- Forget the Past
- Don't Worry About the Future
- Take the time to stop and be thankful for all the things around you
- Enjoy "the little things in life"
- If your having trouble focusing on the now take a nature walk
By living one day at a time you will learn to appreciate each new day as something special. You will learn to enjoy the moments that make up your life instead of the destination. By doing this you are one step closer to true happiness.

Life without passion is like college without the diploma. Passion is the driving force of life, thrusting us along in rolling waves. We have all ridden the waves of passion. More than that, we have all wished to be them.
You have seen them, have you not? In politics, during church, on the stage--those people who do not ride the waves of passion. They make them. Have we not wished to be them? Or to hold that passion within us?
It would be abnormal if we did not long to be consumed with a passion-filled life. That is because we were made for a passion-filled life. Sometimes it comes to us--through a sunset, a first kiss, a sermon. And at those times, how can we not help but desire to hold this passion with us forever?
The 3 keys to a passion-filled life are available to everyone because everyone is made to create waves of overwhelming inspiration out of life. The keys are easy. More importantly, the keys are natural to us. Performing them is like receiving that college diploma after four years of grueling work--reaction.
1. Those who can make waves out of life understand the basic principle of a passion-filled life:
Our passion can only consume us if it comes from something greater than who we are.
How do we find this? How do we learn a passion that is greater than who we are?
Worship.
Worship is the act of fervently saying thank you. Every human has the desire, the impulse, to worship. Whenever we do enter into the act of worship, we become a part of, and build a connection to, who we worship.
To be entirely consumed is to find something beyond ourselves. If we want to find the highest degree of a passion-filled life, then our worship must be of a highest degree. This requires asking what is the highest degree.
Well, put simply, God is the highest. So in order to become a part of the highest degree, we must connect with Him. And in order to be filled with the highest passion, worship to God must take place.
When we do worship God in acts of fervent praise, we connect with Him. This connection allows Him to fill us with passion. Without that worship, the connection, and thus the passion, would never become a part of us.
2. One of my dear friends once told me, "Passion is impossible without compassion."
I believe this to be true with every part of my being. In order to live a passion-filled life, we must develop:
A compassion.
Why? Because passion takes heart. It takes a love so strung that hundreds of carving knives can never cut the strings of our passion. That is what a passion-filled life takes. If we do not hold keep the fires of compassion burning bright, then our passion may never grow to its fullest potential.
People can be passionate about many things. All of us hold a passion for at least one thing. Though when the end comes, they seem to just come up short.
Sunset turns to night. Our first kiss turns to a second. Sermons are left in the wake for next service. The passion is cut short. How, then, do we keep our passion from fraying and find a compassion that will last?
There are two things on this earth that will not turn to dust:
• God
• People
• People
God will last forever, and though people's bodies turn to dust, their spirits will live on for eternity.
Life is about more than coming up short. If we want this passion-filled existence, then it is time to develop a heart for God and His people. That compassion is the only compassion that will not drown in the waves. That compassion will fill us so deep, we will overrun with it, until finally, it begins to touch others.
That, is how waves are made.
3. Even if we do achieve a consuming passion, what is the point if we do nothing with it?
Plan.
The final key to a passion-filled life is to plan to touch the lives of people. The greatest plan is one that extends out beyond ourselves. Plan to work outside the spheres you have always known because that is all you can ever do. We limit ourselves to what surrounds us until we put ourselves in a place where we may expand.
There is an entire world who longs to touch the waves of passion your life can produce, and as you reach out to them, you expand your own heart, your own self, and your own passion. Then, you have become greater than yourself because you have made waves that are not the product of your compassion, but of God's unlimited passion-filled sea.
Start your passion-filled life today and plan to become a part of the passion that drives people to venture across the world. See how to become the greatest and experience the ultimate compassion.

Before I will start, let me introduce my self. I'm Geoff Schmidt. I love to coach, plain and simple. There are not many things I enjoy doing more then working with people like you to guide you toward your best life possible.
In my life there was a time when I had plenty of different fears and later some of them became a reality. And then I decided to make a change, to cope with my problems, to improve my personality, health, to achieve my goals.
Here are 10 simple things you can start doing to work toward getting even more balance and control in your life immediately.
1. Stop Tolerating- When you stop putting up with things that are within your control, you will have a lot more energy for yourself.
2. Make Everything Simple- The simpler you can make your life the more space and balance you will have.
3. Save / Stockpile- When you build up reserves in every area of your life, you can leverage opportunities as they come more quickly.
4. Polish Everything- When you buff up and make a point to shine in every aspect of your life, you'll be happier and feel better.
5. Orient Yourself Around What Matters- When your life is oriented around what matters to you then you will naturally have more clarity about what's next.
6. Get Complete- Finish everything you start or completely walk away. Through doing this you will experience peace of mind.
7. Strengthen Your Foundation- When your needs are met, and your personal foundation is solid, confidence replaces fear.
8. Integrate Your Life- When you life blends and flows naturally as it you seeing how it should, then you will experience effortlessness. Everything then just feels like it's falling into place.
9. Experiment and Improve Continuously- When you try new things or ways of thinking you become a more naturally creative and open minded person. This is another way to begin replacing the emotion of FEAR with CONFIDENCE.
10. Get Coaching- Business, personal, life, fear and phobia removal and more. It works, and if you're committed to being your best, and quickly changing your current situation into a better one then you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
Now, for the first time, there are the results which show the possibility to prevent the development of heart illnesses with the help of your smile.
So, take it easy, be an optimist and simply... SMILE!

I have personally witnessed thousands of people worldwide imprisoned by fear. They are trapped behind the bars of not being worthy of success and shackled to their past mistakes. Are you one of those prisoners? Have you been wrongly convicted and given a life sentence by the enemy of fear? It's time for you to break free! How can you possibly break through the bondage that has kept you chained down and unable to move forward in years? Make a decision. That's right. You must make the decision that you will no longer be a slave to fear.
The original Hebrew root of the word "decision" means to cut off and get rid of. It's done. It's finished. No more. It's decision time! Take a deep breath and get ready to change your life with these five decisions that will shred fear out of your life.
Decision #1: Make the Shift
In the movie, "Facing the Giants", the coach cares enough about one of his players to get in his face and confront him about his fear. He sees that the player has the gift of leadership, but is wasting it. The coach pushes the player and makes him go to a level where he's never been. He's got to see beyond where he's been by doing something that he's never done. At that point, the shift happens...the shift from the past to the present...from where he's been to where he wants to go now.
A shift gets developed when you're focused. Lack of focus will kill your dreams! When you make that shift and get laser-focused, it's guaranteed that you will achieve your goals and dreams. Unfortunately, the biggest distractions in our lives that cause us to lose focus are other people. These people don't believe in you or your dream. They are insecure dream stealers that won't take the action for that shift in life to happen. There's only one thing to do when you are surrounded by these types of people...get away! If they are family or close friends, then it's time to love them, leave them and show them. Let them know that you love them but you have to take time for yourself to achieve your dreams and then your action that you show them in pursuit of your goals and dreams will greatly change how they see you. What happens next? The shift!
Decision #2: Take Ownership of Your Why
One of the top things that you must do to get fear out of your life is take ownership of your Why, which is your ultimate purpose. It's the reason you get out of bed every day. When you take ownership of your Why, you own it no matter what happens, no matter what occurs each and every day. It's your Why and nobody can take that from you! Your Why is the insurance that backs up your goals and dreams. There's no way that you can give up on your daily quest to achieve your goals and dreams if have taken full ownership of your Why.
You have to protect your Why, because it's yours and you own it. If someone walked into your home and started taking your valuables, I have no doubt that you would stop them, because it's your stuff! You own it! However, why do most people allow the naysayers to steal your Why on a daily basis? It's simple. They haven't taken true ownership of their Why in life. You have to fight for your Why like you would fight for your belongings. If you have someone in your life trying to take your Why away from you, the get rid of them. Like I said before, love them, leave them and show them. It's your Why so take some action to protect it!
Decision #3: Make Your Pledge
A pledge is a declaration, a solemn vow. It's your responsibility to make a pledge to yourself and your Why to be the very best that you can get every single day. When you make a declaration to yourself and everyone around you that you will not give up on your Why, fear will flee! There's no room for fear if you are truly committed to your Why!
That's right. I said a commitment! Your pledge is a formal commitment. It doesn't waiver or falter during the tough times. Your pledge causes you to lead by example with your attitude, words, ethics, and values. Your pledge is the driving force behind your Why. It pushes you and serves as a constant reminder about your commitment.
With the confrontation and resistance that constantly bombard us in society, your pledge will be challenged. You will be pressured to give up, because the world says that your pledge is not realistic. What do you do? When you get pushed, push back hard and speak your Why in the face of the enemy. You have made pledge, a vow, to your Why and you must refuse to let anyone cause you to doubt it. Remember, you've made the shift in your life to go to the next level, you've taken ownership of your Why, and now your pledge to your Why is in place. So, what's next?
Decision #4: Build Your Mastermind Team
Your mastermind team is your support system. They empower you to prosper in every area of your life no matter what obstacles stand in your way or the adversity that you face. Now, close your eyes and visualize who is on your mastermind team. Does that image make you smile or does it cause you to realize why you are failing in various areas of your life?
If the people on your mastermind team do not add value you to your life and encourage you to go after your dreams, then it's time for a change. An unmotivated, discouraging mastermind team will ruin your chances of ever achieving your ultimate Why in life. These types of people are selfish and their motives are very different than yours. Fear will constantly consume you if you continue to allow these people to negatively affect your life.
What if you have no one in your closest circle of influence that you would ask to be on your mastermind team? Well, it's time for you to venture outside of that circle and meet some new people that have similar goals and dreams. The Lifestyle Freedom Club is the #1 success and motivation club in the world, and the members are motivated champions just like you! No fear exists in this club!
Decision #5: Create a Solid Foundation
When a house is built, a lot of time is spent laying the foundation. If the foundation is not solid, then the house will eventually crumble. Similarly, you cannot achieve your Why in life without a solid foundation of commitment. Your Why will fall apart and become unachievable if you are not seriously committed.
Imagine your commitment as the foundation of your Why house. The windows are your daily action steps, the walls are your habits, the roof consists of your mastermind team, and so on. Do you realize how easily this entire structure will fail if your commitment is shaky? It might be stable for a while but it will eventually fall down around you.
You also strengthen your foundation by continuing to grow your roots deeper and deeper. Your roots are developed by immersing yourself in personal development - listening to motivational CDs, reading inspirational books, etc. Your belief in yourself and your ability to achieve your Why will skyrocket when you create that daily habit of learning. As your belief builds, your roots grow and your foundation becomes more solid.
I'm often asked if it's okay to take some time off. When you stop your daily success habits and take a break from your personal development, cracks will start to develop in your foundation. Even the slightest little crack will allow the weed of fear to sprout through and endanger your Why. If you are truly committed to the achievement of your Why in life, then you should absolutely no desire to take a break from your success journey.
Now, let's recap...
Decision #1: Make the Shift
Decision #2: Take Ownership of Your Why
Decision #3: Make Your Pledge
Decision #4: Build Your Mastermind Team
Decision #5: Create a Solid Foundation
Now, it's your turn! Take action today and make these five decisions to get rid of the fear that is haunting you and preventing you from going forward in life. Don't let the enemy of fear win. You are a Champion and you can defeat fear!

Robert Kennedy once said, "Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly." This profound statement may seem simple, but there is much more to it than meets the eye. This statement hints at the reality that motivation and fear can be closely linked.
It is common to fear failure. As humans, we do not like to lose. We do not like to be wrong. We do not like to be embarrassed. We do not like to be rejected.
And yet, the most successful people throughout history failed many times en route to their greatest achievements. Michael Jordan didn't make his high school basketball team at first. Thomas Edison failed thousands of items in his attempts to make some of his greatest inventions. Christopher Columbus was rejected several times in his attempts to get approval for a voyage across seas.
Great success often requires failure, for failure teaches you how to do things better. Failure makes you wiser. Failure makes you better equipped to take on greater challenges.
But you must meet failure with respect. You must appreciate all that it holds within it. All the power within failure can be yours if you can see it beyond the surface.
Yet most people do not appreciate failure. In fact, failure repels most. Further, the fear of failure keeps many people from even attempting things at which they might not initially succeed.
If you want great things in life, you have to be willing to fail. And you have to be willing to fail many times over. Failure is a part of life. It is what makes us better. It is what makes us stronger. It is what makes us wiser.
We often seek motivation to get over the fear of failure. Instead, we should be motivated to seek out failure and learn from it. We should not hide from failure, for it is one of the most valuable teaching tools in life.
If you want motivation to face your fear of failure, try something that you most likely will fail at. Then take a closer look at your failure and try again. It is likely that you will do better the second time. Even if you fail again, you will be closer to success because of your efforts. Now you will know two ways that don't work and can find another way that might.
By not trying, you will never succeed. By making yourself willing to fail, you will open up many great doors that were previously closed to you.
Dare to fail. Expect to succeed.

s the great actress, Mae West, once said, "You only live once; but if you do it right, once is enough." This is very true in so many ways. You do, indeed only get to live once. This thought freaks out most people. A lot of people worry that they will never find their true happiness in life, or that they will never accomplish all they seek to accomplish.
But life is not a matter of accomplishing everything, rather, it is a matter of living each day in a special way. Life truly is just a series of moments. Put a bunch of moments together and you have a day. Put seven days together and you have a week. Put 52 weeks together and you have a year. Put many years together and you have a lifetime. At the heart of all this, though, is that most basic unit: the moment.
You only live once, so your life is special. It is unique and precious. Once it is done, it is done. Furthermore, once each moment is done, it is done. You cannot get back your life, and you cannot get back your moments so you might as well make them count.
By living each moment of life to its fullest potential you are doing all you can to show your gratitude to be alive. You are showing that you believe that life is important, and you value your time here on Earth.
Without life, you have nothing. Of course, you may have religious beliefs that state that there is more once life is over, but that is not the point of the article. The point is, that all you have right now is your life. Life is made up of moments of time. Therefore, the most important possession you have is time.
Most of us waste a great deal of time in idleness. This means we are wasting precious units of life. It is one thing to waste a few bucks on a guilty pleasure; it is another thing entirely to waste time on nothingness.
You were put on this Earth to live, and that is true no matter what your religious beliefs are. You were not born to merely exist. You are not here to waste away the precious gift of life. You are here to use each unit of life you can to create something special.
Create something more valuable than was here previously. Add value to your life and the lives of those around you. Increase the value of the world to make it a better place for everyone to live. By doing this, you are creating more life. You are creating something very special.
You are treating life with respect. And for this, you will surely be rewarded. I don't know what your ultimate reward will be, but I do know that you will be rewarded in life with great happiness and satisfaction.
Spend each day by living each moment of life you have been given. Make each day value, and show your respect for life. Be grateful that you are here and have the opportunity to do great things. You may only live once, so do it right!

Let's talk about words. It's important to understand that the words that you speak predict your results. If you say that you are depressed, then you will reap those results. If you say that you are a champion, then your results will be life-changing. You automatically take ownership of your words, and things start to occur in your life because of those words - good or bad.
Now, I'm going to give you seventeen focused words that will radically change your results and terminate fear out of your life forever.
Word #1 - Committed. I am committed to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to be a Why Warrior. However, 97% of people are not committed to anything in life. Committed - notice it's past tense. A commitment is final decision about what you are willing to do to achieve some type of goal or objective. It's not something that you just think about and put off for another day. When you make a commitment, it's finished. There's no turning back. Once you've made the decision to be committed to something, your commitment is represented in your action steps, associations, and schedule. What are you doing every day to honor that commitment? Are the people that you associate with motivating you to stick to your commitment? Does your daily schedule reflect your commitment? If you answered no to any of those questions, then you are simply not truly committed.
Word # 2 - Confidence. I am walking strong with confidence as a faithful Why Warrior champion. When someone walks in confidence, you can feel it when they walk in the room and see it in their overall body posture. Like when I take the stage at an event, I'm confident in my abilities as a speaker that I will change lives through my message. Confidence is fully believing what you already know that you are capable of doing. When you make a decision to implement confidence in every area of your life, your results will explode, and people will take notice of the change. Confidence also gets rid of fear instantly and provides you with the faith that you need to achieve your Why in life.
Word # 3 - Pulverize. This word is a powerful! I pulverize the enemy of fear now with my outwardly spoken words. Outwardly spoken words instantly detonate inward fear. For example, when you speak affirmations like "I am a fired up champion!" Fear runs and faith stands. Faith filled words pulverize fear! You've got to make a mental decision to absolutely pulverize the enemy of fear now by speaking empowering words over your life every day. Remember, your words determine your results so take the needed action to predict your own future with your words and pulverize the enemy of fear!
Word # 4 - Fighter. I'm a faith fighter for my Why. When you get serious about achieving your Why in life, you become a fighter. No, not a physical fighter, but you are willing to stand up to the enemy that is trying to stop you. Fear fights every single day to hold you back from your Why so you've got to learn to fight back. How? Start controlling what comes out of your mouth and into your eyes and ears. Fear is constantly feeding you through television, radio, billboards, and other forms of media. However, fear really attacks through our friends, family, and coworkers. It's amazing how one little word of discouragement about your Why will cause you to completely give up. I believe we need to fight for our Why no matter what anything or anyone else says. Become a fighter today and stand up for your Why!
Word # 5 - Extraordinary. I'm an extraordinary champion. The only difference between being extraordinary and ordinary is that little bit of extra. Average people speak ordinary words. Ordinary people get ordinary results. Fear makes us remain ordinary in every area of life - health, decision, words, family, finances, happiness, etc. You are extraordinary! God did not make a mistake with you. You are an extraordinary champion! Remember that and go the extra mile in your life to become truly extraordinary.
Word # 6 - Wiser. I am a stronger, wiser, powerful, decisive, miracle manifesting champion Why Warrior. I often pray for wisdom just like Solomon, the richest man that ever walked the Earth. Now to be that blessed, I'm confident that Solomon didn't pray to win the lottery, for his ship to come in, to be at the right place at the right time, or any other foolishness. No, he prayed for wisdom! Wisdom creates an understanding that you are highly blessed and certified by your birthright to be a champion. It also helps you to understand that fear has absolutely no place in your life! Become wiser in your everyday life by learning three new things per day and journal about them at the end of the day. This daily habit will take you to the next level and drive fear right out of your life!
Word # 7 - Process. I am loving the success process because I am a champion eagle. Success is a two to five year process. Don't expect instant gratification! You have to love the process, and remember the process is challenging especially if I'm personally coaching you. I will not accept excuses! During your success process, you will encounter adversity but you will also encounter achievement. You will be face to face challenges, but those same challenges will create a monumental change in your life. Obstacles will be in your path, but you make the decision to overcome them no matter what. Love your success process and look forward to all that you will experience along the way.
Word # 8 - Cinch. Success is a cinch for me because I was born a champion! Cinch is defined as certain to fulfill an expectation. However, Success is only a cinch when you make a decision. When you make a decision to be successful in every area of your life and you implement daily action steps to achieve that success, there's absolutely no way that you will fail. First, start living in an atmosphere of expectation. Speak greatness into your life everyday - Success is a cinch for me, because I was born a champion! Saying that affirmation every morning will move you from fear to faith. You will start to believe that you can achieve success in your life. Own your words and your God-given right to success. As I've told you, the process is not easy but success is a cinch if you believe it and build towards your dream every day.
Word #9 - Organized. I am living in an organized, forward moving, profitable, life- changing construction zone! Your construction zone is where you build your future. It may be your office, your car, or basically anywhere else that you spend most of your day. If your construction is messy, then you are fighting a losing battle! The enemy of distraction and the enemy of clutter will destroy your focus while you are building your future and there's no possible way that you move forward. If your construction zone is so disorganized that the thought of cleaning it overwhelms you or it would simply take too much time, then start with fifteen minutes per day. For fifteen minutes every day, you will clean and organize your construction zone. You will be amazed how your focus will radically shift when your construction zone is organized. Don't believe me? Try it and see. What do you have to lose? Nothing! You are sitting in a mess and expecting miracles. Miracles require commitment and if you can't focus on your miracle because of the mess around you, then it's time to make a change.
Word #10: Destiny. I have complete control over my destiny! During my research, I found a definition for the word destiny that fired me up - a predetermined, inevitable course of events. Your destined for success my friend! It's inevitable! The only way thing that will get in the way is YOU! You have complete control over your destiny not your past...not your friends...not fear or anything other enemy that is trying to hold you back. Your destiny came to fruition when you were born a champion. At that very point in time, you were destined for greatness. However, it's your responsibility to make decisions in your life that will make your successful destiny a reality, which brings me to the next word.
Word # 11 - Decisions. My daily decisions determine my ultimate destiny. Take a real good look at your life and understand that the decisions that you've made have landed you at the exact point that you are at right now. Good or bad your decisions will determine your ultimate destiny. One of my greatest quotes is Decision Plus Action Equals Results. With every decision that you make, there is a corresponding action. That's equation leads to your current results in life. Will your current results drive you towards your successful destiny? If not, there's still time to make a commitment to change your daily decisions, which will in turn change your results. It's never too late! Make the commitment NOW to make better decisions about your destiny.
Word # 12 - Release. Today, I am making a decision to release fear out of my life! When you make the decision to release fear, indecision and procrastination out of your life, you will experience earth shattering results. Say it out loud - FEAR GET OUT OF MY LIFE! Scream it at the top of your lungs and affirm it every day to release the enemy of fear of your life forever. If your past is holding you back, then reach down and take off the shackles that are holding you back to your past. Do it! Take those shackles off your ankles right now and release your negative past that is holding you back from success. If you think it's silly to shout out affirmations or physically do something outside of your comfort zone to release something in your life that is holding you back, then you don't want it bad enough! That's right. I said it. You don't want to be free bad enough if you can release yourself from the enemy of fear, doubt, procrastination or even your past. Who cares what anyone else thinks? It's your life. Now, stand up and release whatever is holding you back in your life!
Word # 13 - Truth. I am receiving only the truth about myself! Everyone projected in the 2010 Super Bowl that the Colts would win, but they didn't know what was going on behind the scenes in New Orleans - Drew Brees, his teaching, the coach, the atmosphere, and the mindset. The bottom-line is that the experts were wrong! They were wrong, because they didn't know what was going on behind the scenes. Drew Brees could have listened to them and accepted what they were saying as the truth, but he didn't. Why? Because he knew the real truth about himself, his coach and his team.
People try to tell us their side of the truth all the time through their opinions, but it's important to focus on the truth that you know about yourself and not what someone else thinks. Remember, the center of the word truth is "U." You must believe in yourself and associate with other champions that know the real truth about you. Just like with Drew Brees, the truth will always be revealed no matter what the so-called experts say.
Words # 14 and 15 - Consistently Building. I am consistently building my belief structure with my Why rollover! Every morning when you roll out of bed, you roll right into the present. The past is gone. The present is today. Get up and open that present with great expectation. How? Instead of reaching for the remote control, read your Why Card for the first seven minutes of your day. It's called the Why rollover. Saying your Why out loud right when you get out of bed will predict the rest of your day. But you can't just do it one day. You have to do it consistently every single day to build your belief in yourself and your ability to achieve your Why in life. Make it a daily habit just like you brush your teeth in the morning. Your Why rollover should be part of your morning ritual. You wouldn't walk out of your house without brushing your teeth or taking a shower so why would you face the world without reading your Why Card? Consistently building your belief in yourself by reading your Why every morning will radically change your daily results.
Word # 16 - Guarantee. My habits guarantee my success! My wife is an attorney so using the word guarantee in my teachings drives her crazy. However, I absolutely guarantee that your habits will predict your level of success in life! How? Because I have seen in thousands of times in my life and the lives of my students. If your habits consist of hanging out with naysayers, drinking at the local bar every night and watching garbage television, then how can you expect to achieve your goals in life? 97% of people are dead or dead broke by the age of 65. Why? Their habits took complete control of their lives. What about the other 3%? Now, those are the champions that realized that their daily habits will determine if they achieve their goals and dreams. They made the decision to commit to positive daily habits like reading their Why Card, listening to motivational teachings, exercising to keep physically fit, eating right to stay healthy, associating with people that empowering them, etc. They basically said Enough is Enough with the Bad Habits! Haven't you had enough! Isn't it time to make a change? I'll say it again. Your habits will guarantee your level of success - good or bad. It's completely your choice.
Word # 17 - Finish. I will finish my success journey! Make a decision today to commit to the two to five year success journey and finish your success journey. 97% of people quit before they finish! Sadly, I've personally witnessed hundreds of people quit on their success journey. They refused to tough it out and finish what they started. When it got hard, they quit! If they would have just hung on that last mile, they would have realized that true prosperity was right around the next corner. That's not you! You have committed to finish what you've started and achieve your Why in life. Keep focused no matter what adversity you face. Success is your destiny and you will cross the finish line!
I ask you to commit to speaking these words every day to drive fear out of your life and achieve your ultimate Why. Remember, outwardly spoken words create miracles! It's time for your miracle!

With regards to the concept of motivation definition being explored it really can depend on the sort of person you want to be and the reasons why you wish to be motivated. It will also be variable if it is a matter of business or pleasure as people approach different aspects of their life in a range of different ways.
Most of the people who are able to achieve certain levels of success usually share a core group of characteristics that will mean they can achieve things personally and professionally. Common factors exist and can be viewed with clarity when dealing with person of this kind who have no problems when it comes to decoding the complex subject of motivation.
It is very helpful if the approach taken is a structured and organized one. This means you will always know what you are doing. People who do the opposite generally find they are all over the place and never have a system in place and this means they get easily overwhelmed and this spiral out of control causing them to lose their initial motivation.
This is something that can easily occur but there are usually aways to completely avoid it. To begin it's best to never allow yourself to be the sort of person who is prone to giving up. Work on approaching things in a calm and measured way.
It is better to ensure you take a structured approach in this regard. Think about putting in place a plan that works stage by stage and this means it's a lot simpler for you to follow without losing focus and enthusiasm and making success more attainable. Anyone who has achieved any measure of success will recommend you take this path.
Overcoming problems and utilizing our strengths and abilities to make sure that you overcome them is something that defines people who do not struggle with motivation. It is natural you will encounter difficulties and obstacles at some point in life. The trick is to be persistent and never give up when you encounter problems like these in order to avoid being hindered by them.
Making definitive future plans and making sure that you have a constantly updated set of goals in place means that you can predict success a lot easier. Smart targets are a wise idea in this regard and making regular checks when it comes to progress can be a handy way to go so that motivation is always kept at a sufficient level. Make notes on everything that's been achieved. Reward any progress that you make. This is the best motivation definition.

Let's talk about self-talk. After all that is what most of my articles are about. What motivates you to use positive self-talk? The need to be liked and the desire to be successful are 2 reasons that motivate people to start the practice of positive self-talk.
What is going on in your life that you have become acutely aware that a change in the way you live must be done. The challenges we encounter on a daily basis often lead to negative thoughts. These negative thoughts could have emanated from your subconscious or from outside sources such as your fellow work mates. Maybe you were passed over for a promotion or friends seem to not talk to you like they use to. These are factors that can come to mind when negative thoughts cloud your mind.
A good first step is to recognize that these are negative thoughts and to confront these thoughts they need to be addressed what they are; negative thoughts. Be aware they aware of them and begin to start having serious conversations with yourself as to why and how they got there. Prepare yourself to do battle to start on that happy road of successes. You can do.
Breaking the nasty habit of negative thoughts will take some time. By realizing they are negative is the right step forward. Here are some questions to ask yourself. Why can't I do anything right? When did I start thinking I can't do anything right? Who told me that I can't do anything right? Do these questions sound like the questions you have?
Discovering yourself will be something new in your life. Most of us never sit back and get to know who you really are. It is about time you did. It does not matter what your age is we all need to answer the huge question of who am I.
Getting back to the point made in the first paragraph; motivation and why we need it. The entire point of this article is to help you self motivate through the use of positive self-talk. We all need to motivate ourselves to get past the fear of success. Discovering who we are and building our self-confidence to move on and up is the best self prescribed medicine anyone can want.
Do not struggle with this process. Make it fun and relax, because if you don't you will soon stop with the positive self-talk. The one thing we are trying to accomplish is to relieve stress and avoid tension. Your goal is to be a happier, healthier person who will attain success in all endeavors. Stay motivated your life will thank you.
My name is Kenneth Friedberg and I have been involved with helping others self improve themselves for over 40 years. It is my pleasure in helping you to "raise the bar" on your own expectations to be a positive thinker using positive self-talk. You can also read more on this subject through my blog. http://learntobepositiveblog.wordpress.com.
